How to Request a Refund

• Email us at support@guruaipro.com with your order details.
• Include the email address used for the purchase.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
• Violation of our Terms of Service.
• Accounts terminated due to abuse or fraud.
• Duplicate purchases (we will work with you to resolve these).

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time after the 7-day guarantee period.
