By accessing or using Guru AI Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Guru AI Pro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered WordPress plugins for content generation, SEO optimization, and publishing automation. The Service is delivered as a downloadable WordPress plugin activated by a license key.

3. Account and License

• Each license key is valid for the number of WordPress sites specified at purchase (1, 2, 3, or 4 sites).
• License keys are non-transferable and intended for use by the original purchaser only.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key.
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license key is prohibited and will result in revocation.

4. Payments and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Fungies.io, our authorized payment processor.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
• Subscriptions are billed for the selected period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
• All sales are final except as specified in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin software.
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content.
• Exceed the licensed number of site activations.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

The Guru AI Pro plugin, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Guru AI Pro. Content generated by users using the Service belongs to the user, subject to any applicable third-party AI model terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our AI generation services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Guru AI Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
